利用規約 Terms of Service

FreeAppsStudio（個人事業主、以下「当方」）は、アプリケーション「かんたん心霊写真メーカー」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関して、以下のとおり利用規約（以下「本規約」）を定めます。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
1. サービス内容
本アプリは、端末内に保存された写真に対して、人型や霊のようなエフェクト画像の合成、透過率・ぼかし等の加工を行い、心霊写真風の画像を作成・保存できるエンターテインメント目的のツールです。作成した画像を実在の人物や出来事に関する事実であるかのように誤解を招く形で利用しないでください。
2. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリで作成した画像を用いて、特定の個人を誹謗中傷し、または名誉・信用を毀損する行為
- 本アプリで作成した画像を、事実であるかのように偽って第三者を欺く行為
- 本人の同意なく他人が写った写真を加工し、当該人物の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング等、当方が許諾しない方法での利用
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為
3. 知的財産権
本アプリのデザイン・プログラム・エフェクト素材等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が加工に用いた元の写真の権利は、引き続き当該写真の権利者に帰属します。
4. 免責事項
- 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、その完全性・正確性・有用性について、当方は明示的にも黙示的にも保証しません。
- 本アプリで作成した画像の利用（第三者への共有・投稿等を含む）により利用者または第三者に生じたいかなる損害についても、当方は責任を負いません。
- 端末内に保存された画像は、アプリの削除・端末の故障・OSの仕様変更等により失われる場合があります。当方はデータの保全を保証しません。
- やむを得ない事情により、予告なく本アプリの提供を中断・終了する場合があります。
5. 広告について
本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示することで運営されています。広告の内容および広告主のサイトについて、当方は責任を負いません。
6. 本規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内またはアプリストアの掲載情報等でお知らせします。
7. 準拠法
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

FreeAppsStudio (an individual sole proprietorship, "we", "us") has established these Terms of Service (the "Terms") for the use of the application "Ghost Photo Maker" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Service Description
The App is an entertainment tool that lets you compose ghost- or figure-like effect images onto photos stored on your device, and adjust opacity, blur, and other effects to create and save ghost-photo-style images. Please do not use images created with the App in a way that misleadingly presents them as factual depictions of real people or events.
2. Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law or public order and morals
- Use images created with the App to defame or damage the reputation or credibility of any specific individual
- Deceive third parties by presenting images created with the App as if they were factual
- Edit photos of other people without their consent in a way that infringes their rights
- Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App, or use it in any way we have not authorized
- Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the operation of the App
3. Intellectual Property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App's design, program code, and effect assets belong to us or their rightful owners. Rights in the original photos you use for editing remain with their respective rights holders.
4. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is," and we make no express or implied warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of images created with the App, including sharing or posting them to third parties.
- Images stored on your device may be lost through app deletion, device failure, or OS changes. We do not guarantee data preservation.
- We may suspend or discontinue the App without notice for unavoidable reasons.
5. Advertising
The App is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for advertisers' sites.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App or in the app store listing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
