利用規約 Terms of Service

FreeAppsStudio（個人事業主、以下「当方」）は、アプリケーション「英単語並べ替えパズル」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関して、以下のとおり利用規約（以下「本規約」）を定めます。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
1. サービス内容
本アプリは、外部サービスTatoebaが提供する例文データをもとに、日本語文に対応する英文を単語パズル形式で組み立てて学習するアプリです。レベル1〜10は無料でプレイでき、レベル11〜50はプレミアムサブスクリプションで解放されます。
2. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング等、当方が許諾しない方法での利用
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為
3. 知的財産権
本アプリのデザイン・プログラム等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。本アプリで表示される例文はTatoebaがライセンスフリーとして提供するものを使用しています。
4. 免責事項
- 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、その完全性・正確性・有用性について、当方は明示的にも黙示的にも保証しません。
- 本アプリで表示される例文の内容・翻訳の正確性について、当方は保証しません。
- やむを得ない事情により、予告なく本アプリの提供を中断・終了する場合があります。
5. 広告について
本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示することで運営されています。プレミアムサブスクリプションにご登録いただくと、広告は表示されなくなります。
6. プレミアムサブスクリプション
本アプリでは、広告を非表示にしレベル11以降を解放できる「プレミアム」サブスクリプション（月額300円・年額3000円プランがあります）を、Google Play / App Storeを通じて提供しています。価格および請求サイクルは購入画面に表示される内容に従い、解約しない限り契約は自動更新されます。解約・返金をご希望の場合は、Google Play / App Storeのサブスクリプション管理画面またはそれぞれのサポートよりお手続きください。当方独自の返金制度は設けておりません。
7. 本規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内にてお知らせします。
8. 準拠法
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

FreeAppsStudio (an individual sole proprietorship, "we", "us") has established these Terms of Service (the "Terms") for the use of the application "English Words Shuffle Puzzle" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Service Description
The App is a learning app in which you assemble the English sentence corresponding to a Japanese sentence in a word-puzzle format, based on example sentence data provided by the third-party service Tatoeba. Levels 1–10 are free to play, and levels 11–50 are unlocked with the Premium subscription.
2. Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law or public order and morals
- Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App, or use it in any way we have not authorized
- Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the operation of the App
3. Intellectual Property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App's design, program code, and the like belong to us or their rightful owners. The example sentences shown in the App are those provided license-free by Tatoeba.
4. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is," and we make no express or implied warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.
- We do not warrant the content of the example sentences shown in the App or the accuracy of their translations.
- We may suspend or discontinue the App without notice for unavoidable reasons.
5. Advertising
The App is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Subscribing to the Premium subscription removes ads.
6. Premium Subscription
The App offers an optional "Premium" subscription (a monthly plan at JPY 300 and a yearly plan at JPY 3,000 are available) via Google Play / the App Store, which hides ads and unlocks levels 11 and beyond. Pricing and the billing cycle follow what is displayed on the purchase screen, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. To cancel or request a refund, please use the Google Play / App Store subscription management screen or contact their respective support directly — we do not operate a separate refund process of our own.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
