利用規約 Terms of Use

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、FreeAppsStudio（個人事業主、以下「当方」）が提供するアプリケーション「DanceCopy」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、利用者が選択したお手本ダンス動画の動きを、半透明映像または関節線としてカメラ映像に重ねて表示しながら、フロントカメラでダンス動画を撮影できるツールです。お手本動画の姿勢推定は端末内のAIモデルによる推定値であり、その精度を保証するものではありません。

2. 健康・安全に関する重要な注意（免責）

• 本アプリは運動指導・医療・治療を目的としたものではありません。
• お手本表示はダンスの動きを真似るための目安であり、正確性を保証するものではありません。
• 体調に不安がある場合や既往症がある場合は、ご利用の前に医師にご相談ください。
• 撮影中に痛みや異常を感じた場合は、直ちに中止してください。
• 撮影スペースには、周囲の物や人にぶつからないよう十分な広さを確保してください。
• 本アプリの利用に関連して生じた怪我・事故・健康被害・物損について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

3. お手本動画の権利について

• 利用者がお手本として取り込む動画（カメラロールから選択、または他アプリから共有されたもの）の著作権その他の権利は、当該動画の権利者に帰属します。利用者は、自らが権利を有する動画、または適法に利用が許諾された動画のみをお手本として使用するものとします。
• 本アプリで撮影した動画には、お手本動画の映像・音声は一切含まれません（当方が定める「アーキテクチャ上の不変条件」に基づき、画面表示と保存データを分離しています）。もっとも、振り付け自体の模倣に関する権利関係については、利用者ご自身の責任においてご確認ください。
• 本アプリで撮影した動画を第三者のプラットフォーム（TikTok等）へ共有・投稿する場合は、当該プラットフォームの利用規約に従ってください。

4. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 第三者の著作権・肖像権その他の権利を侵害する動画をお手本として使用する行為
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
• 当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

5. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびこれに含まれるプログラム、デザイン、テキスト等に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。本アプリに同梱する第三者ソフトウェアのライセンスについては、アプリ内の「ライセンス」画面をご確認ください。

6. 免責事項

• 当方は、本アプリの内容の正確性・完全性・有用性について保証しません。
• 当方は、本アプリの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
• 当方は、本アプリの提供の中断・停止・終了、および内容の変更により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
• 端末内に保存された動画・解析結果は、アプリの削除・端末の故障・OS の仕様変更等により失われる場合があります。当方はデータの保全を保証しません。

7. 広告について

本アプリは無料版において Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告の内容および広告主のサイトについて、当方は責任を負いません。

8. プレミアムサブスクリプション

• 本アプリは、広告の非表示および1日あたりの解析・撮影回数制限の解除を提供する有料サブスクリプション（プレミアム）を提供します。
• サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。解約は、各アプリストアのサブスクリプション管理画面から行ってください。
• 更新期間の終了する24時間以上前に解約されない場合、同一期間・同一金額で自動更新されます。
• 支払いは購入確定時に、各アプリストアのアカウントに請求されます。

9. 本規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内またはアプリストアの掲載情報等でお知らせします。

10. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the application "DanceCopy" (the "App") provided by FreeAppsStudio (an individual sole proprietorship, "we", "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a tool that lets you record a dance video with your front camera while a semi-transparent overlay or skeleton lines from a reference dance video you choose are shown on top of the camera view. Pose estimation for the reference video is produced by an on-device AI model and is not guaranteed to be accurate.

2. Important Health and Safety Notice (Disclaimer)

• The App is not intended to provide fitness instruction, medical advice, or treatment.
• The reference overlay is a rough guide for imitating dance movement and its accuracy is not guaranteed.
• If you have any health concerns or a pre-existing condition, consult a physician before use.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain or anything unusual while recording.
• Make sure you have enough clear space around you to avoid bumping into objects or other people while recording.
• We accept no liability for injury, accident, harm to health, or property damage arising in connection with use of the App.

3. Rights in Reference Videos

• Copyright and other rights in any video you import as a reference (from your camera roll or shared from another app) belong to that video's rights holder. You may only use, as a reference, a video that you own the rights to or are lawfully permitted to use.
• Videos you record with the App never contain the reference video's picture or audio (screen display and the saved file are kept strictly separate, by design). That said, any rights related to imitating the choreography itself are your own responsibility to confirm.
• If you share or post a video recorded with the App to a third-party platform (e.g. TikTok), please follow that platform's own terms of use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not do any of the following when using the App.

• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals
• Using, as a reference, a video that infringes a third party's copyright, right of publicity, or other rights
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Any act that interferes with the operation of the App
• Any act that infringes the rights of us or of third parties

5. Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and in the programs, designs, and text it contains belong to us or to the rightful owners. For licences of third-party software bundled with the App, see the Licenses screen in the App.

6. Disclaimer

• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content.
• Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not liable for damages arising from suspension, interruption, or termination of the App, or from changes to its content.
• Videos and analysis results stored on your device may be lost through app deletion, device failure, or OS changes. We do not guarantee data preservation.

7. Advertising

The free version of the App displays ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for advertisers' sites.

8. Premium Subscription

• The App offers a paid subscription ("Premium") that hides ads and removes the daily limit on analysis and recording.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel, use the subscription management screen of your app store.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price.
• Payment is charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. If we make material changes, we will announce them in the App or in the app store listing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
