利用規約 Terms of Use

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、FreeAppsStudio（個人事業主、以下「当方」）が提供するアプリケーション「鬼スクワット」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、端末のカメラで利用者の関節位置を推定し、左右の膝の角度から「設定した屈伸角度まで沈み、復帰角度まで立ち上がった」動作を 1 回としてカウントするトレーニング補助ツールです。判定は AI による姿勢推定の結果に基づく推定値であり、その精度を保証するものではありません。

2. 健康・安全に関する重要な注意（免責）

• 本アプリは医療・健康診断・治療を目的としたものではありません。
• 判定結果は運動の目安であり、医学的な正確性を保証するものではありません。
• 膝や腰に不安がある場合、体調に不安がある場合、既往症がある場合は、ご利用の前に医師にご相談ください。
• 運動中に痛みや異常を感じた場合は、直ちに中止してください。
• 本アプリの利用に関連して生じた怪我・事故・健康被害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
• ご利用にあたっては、周囲に十分なスペースを確保し、滑りにくい床の上で行ってください。
• 端末を床や台の上に設置してご利用の際は、転倒・落下による破損や怪我にご注意ください。

3. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
• 当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

4. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびこれに含まれるプログラム、デザイン、テキスト、効果音等に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。本アプリに同梱するフォント等の第三者ソフトウェアのライセンスについては、アプリ内の「ライセンス」画面をご確認ください。

5. 免責事項

• 当方は、本アプリの内容の正確性・完全性・有用性について保証しません。
• 当方は、本アプリの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当方に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
• 当方は、本アプリの提供の中断・停止・終了、および内容の変更により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
• 端末内に保存された計測履歴は、アプリの削除・端末の故障・OS の仕様変更等により失われる場合があります。当方はデータの保全を保証しません。

6. 広告について

本アプリは無料版において Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告の内容および広告主のサイトについて、当方は責任を負いません。

7. プレミアムサブスクリプション

• 本アプリは、広告の非表示および目標回数の上限解放（最大999回）を提供する有料サブスクリプション（プレミアム）を提供します。無料版の目標回数は20回までです。
• サブスクリプションは自動更新されます。解約は、各アプリストアのサブスクリプション管理画面から行ってください。
• 更新期間の終了する24時間以上前に解約されない場合、同一期間・同一金額で自動更新されます。
• 支払いは購入確定時に、各アプリストアのアカウントに請求されます。

8. 本規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内またはアプリストアの掲載情報等でお知らせします。

9. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the application "Beast Squat" (the "App") provided by FreeAppsStudio (an individual sole proprietorship, "we", "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a training aid that estimates your joint positions with the device camera and, from your left and right knee angles, counts one rep each time you sink to your configured bend angle and rise back past your configured return angle. Judgements are estimates derived from AI pose estimation, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

2. Important Health and Safety Notice (Disclaimer)

• The App is not intended for medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes.
• Judgement results are a rough guide for exercise and are not medically accurate.
• If you have any concern about your knees or back, any health concerns, or a pre-existing condition, consult a physician before use.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain or anything unusual during exercise.
• We accept no liability for injury, accident, or harm to health arising in connection with use of the App.
• Use the App with enough clear space around you and on a non-slip floor.
• When placing your device on the floor or a stand, take care to avoid damage or injury from tipping or falling.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not do any of the following when using the App.

• Any act that violates laws or public order and morals
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Any act that interferes with the operation of the App
• Any act that infringes the rights of us or of third parties

4. Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and in the programs, designs, text, and sound effects it contains belong to us or to the rightful owners. For licences of third-party software bundled with the App, such as fonts, see the Licenses screen in the App.

5. Disclaimer

• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content.
• Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not liable for damages arising from suspension, interruption, or termination of the App, or from changes to its content.
• Workout history stored on your device may be lost through app deletion, device failure, or OS changes. We do not guarantee data preservation.

6. Advertising

The free version of the App displays ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for advertisers' sites.

7. Premium Subscription

• The App offers a paid subscription ("Premium") that hides ads and unlocks the target rep limit (up to 999 reps). The free version allows a target of up to 20 reps.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel, use the subscription management screen of your app store.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price.
• Payment is charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed. If we make material changes, we will announce them in the App or in the app store listing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
