利用規約 Terms of Service

FreeAppsStudio（個人事業主、以下「当方」）は、アプリケーション「AIプロンプト教室」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関して、以下のとおり利用規約（以下「本規約」）を定めます。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、AI活用のためのプロンプト（指示文）集を閲覧できる無料のツールです。表示されるプロンプトおよび出力例はAIによって生成されたものであり、実際に外部のAIサービス（Gemini、ChatGPT、Google Flow、Nano Banana等）へ入力した際の結果の正確性・再現性を保証するものではありません。

2. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング等、当方が許諾しない方法での利用
• 本アプリのコンテンツを無断で第三者に再配布・再販売する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為

3. 知的財産権

本アプリ内のプロンプト文・解説・デザイン等の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。個人利用の範囲を超えて複製・転用することはできません。プロンプトを外部のAIサービスに入力して得られた生成物の権利関係については、各AIサービス提供者の利用規約に従います。

4. 免責事項

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、その完全性・正確性・有用性について、当方は明示的にも黙示的にも保証しません。
• 本アプリに掲載されているプロンプトを利用した結果生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。
• 本アプリで紹介するプロンプトの内容は、外部AIサービスの仕様変更等により、実際の生成結果と異なる場合があります。
• やむを得ない事情により、予告なく本アプリの提供を中断・終了する場合があります。

5. 広告について

Android / iOS版

本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示することで運営されています。広告に関する情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。次項のプレミアムサブスクリプションにご登録いただくと、広告は表示されなくなります。

Windows版

Windows版の本アプリは広告を表示せず、次項の有料サブスクリプション（プレミアム）により運営されています。

macOS版

macOS版の本アプリは広告を表示せず、次項の有料サブスクリプション（プレミアム）により運営されています。

6. プレミアムサブスクリプション

iOS版

本アプリでは、広告を非表示にできる「プレミアム」サブスクリプション（月額・年額プランがあります）を、App Storeを通じて提供しています。価格および請求サイクルはApp Storeの購入画面に表示される内容に従い、解約しない限り契約は自動更新されます。解約・返金をご希望の場合は、端末の「設定 > [ご自身の名前] > サブスクリプション」またはAppleサポートよりお手続きください。当方独自の返金制度は設けておりません。

Android版

本アプリでは、広告を非表示にできる「プレミアム」サブスクリプション（月額・年額プランがあります）を、Google Playを通じて提供しています。価格および請求サイクルはGoogle Playの購入画面に表示される内容に従い、解約しない限り契約は自動更新されます。解約・返金をご希望の場合は、Google Playのサブスクリプション管理画面またはGoogle Playサポートよりお手続きください。当方独自の返金制度は設けておりません。

Windows版

Windows版の本アプリでは、追加機能を利用できる「プレミアム」サブスクリプション（月額・年額プランがあります）を、Microsoft Storeを通じて提供しています。価格および請求サイクルはMicrosoft Storeの購入画面に表示される内容に従い、解約しない限り契約は自動更新されます。解約・返金をご希望の場合は、Microsoft Storeのサブスクリプション管理画面またはMicrosoftのカスタマーサポートよりお手続きください。当方独自の返金制度は設けておりません。

macOS版

7. 本規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または関連ページにてお知らせします。

8. 準拠法

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

FreeAppsStudio (an individual sole proprietorship, "we", "us") has established these Terms of Service (the "Terms") for the use of the application "AI Prompt Academy" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a free tool for browsing a library of prompts for use with AI services. The prompts and sample outputs shown in the App are AI-generated, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or reproducibility of results you obtain by actually entering them into external AI services (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Google Flow, or Nano Banana).

2. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• Violate any applicable law or public order and morals
• Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App, or use it in any way we have not authorized
• Redistribute or resell the App's content to third parties without permission
• Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the operation of the App

3. Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the prompts, explanatory text, design, and other content within the App belong to us or their rightful owners. You may not reproduce or repurpose them beyond the scope of personal use. Rights to any output generated by entering a prompt into an external AI service are governed by that service provider's own terms.

4. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is," and we make no express or implied warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the prompts featured in the App.
• Prompt content in the App may differ from actual generated results due to changes in external AI services' specifications.
• We may suspend or discontinue the App without notice for unavoidable reasons.

5. Advertising

Android / iOS

The App is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Please see our Privacy Policy for how information related to ads is handled. Subscribing to the Premium subscription described in the next section removes ads.

Windows

The Windows version of the App does not display ads and is instead supported by the paid "Premium" subscription described in the next section.

Pricing and the billing cycle follow what is displayed on the Mac App Store purchase screen, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. To cancel or request a refund, please use your device's System Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > Manage or contact Apple Support directly — we do not operate a separate refund process of our own.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App or on a related page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
