FreeAppsStudio（個人事業主、以下「当方」）は、アプリケーション「英単語並べ替えパズル」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
1. 収集する情報
(1) 広告配信に関する情報
本アプリは広告配信のためGoogle AdMob（Google LLC）を利用しています。AdMobは広告の配信・最適化のため、広告識別子（Androidの広告ID / iOSのIDFA）、おおよその位置情報、デバイス情報等を取得する場合があります。
(2) プレミアムサブスクリプション決済に関する情報
本アプリでは、広告を非表示にしレベル11以降を解放できる有料サブスクリプション（プレミアム）を提供しており、購入・お支払いの処理はGoogle Play / App Store（Google LLC / Apple Inc.）が行います。当方がクレジットカード番号等のお支払い情報を直接取得することはありません。
(3) 学習コンテンツの取得に関する情報
本アプリの問題文（日本語・英語の例文）は、外部サービスTatoeba（tatoeba.org）のAPIから取得しています。当方独自のサーバーは運用しておらず、氏名・メールアドレス等、個人を特定する情報の入力・送信を求めることはありません。本アプリにアカウント登録機能はありません。
(4) 端末内に保存される情報
現在の学習レベル、プレミアム購入状況等の設定情報は、端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
2. 情報の利用目的
- 広告の配信・最適化のため
- プレミアムサブスクリプションの購入状況を確認するため
- 学習コンテンツ（例文）を配信するため
- 本アプリの動作に必要な設定を保持するため
3. 第三者提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、広告配信のためAdMob経由でGoogle（Google LLC）に、プレミアムサブスクリプションの決済処理のためGoogle Play / App Store経由でGoogle（Google LLC）またはApple Inc.に、それぞれ前述の情報が渡ります。
4. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、子供を主な対象としたサービスではなく、意図的にお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。
5. 本ポリシーの変更
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内にてお知らせします。

FreeAppsStudio (an individual sole proprietorship, "we", "us") has established this Privacy Policy to describe how we handle information in connection with the application "English Words Shuffle Puzzle" (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
(1) Advertising information
The App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to serve ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), approximate location, and device information to deliver and optimize ads.
(2) Premium subscription payment information
The App also offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium") that hides ads and unlocks levels 11 and beyond. Purchase and payment processing is handled by Google Play / the App Store (Google LLC / Apple Inc.), and we do not directly collect payment information such as credit card numbers.
(3) Information used to fetch learning content
The App's questions (Japanese/English example sentences) are fetched from the third-party service Tatoeba (tatoeba.org) via its API. We do not operate our own server, and the App never asks you to enter or submit personally identifying information such as your name or email address. The App has no account/login feature.
(4) Information stored on your device
Settings such as your current level and Premium purchase status are stored only on your device and are never transmitted elsewhere.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver and optimize ads
- To verify Premium subscription purchase status
- To deliver learning content (example sentences)
- To persist settings needed for the App to function
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share information we collect with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. However, the information above is shared with Google (Google LLC) via AdMob for ad delivery, and with Google (Google LLC) or Apple Inc. via Google Play / the App Store for Premium subscription payment processing.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not primarily directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App.
