プライバシーポリシー Privacy Policy

FreeAppsStudio（個人事業主、以下「当方」）は、アプリケーション「DanceCopy」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 本アプリの仕組みと映像の取り扱い

本アプリは、お手本にするダンス動画の動きに合わせて自分のダンスを撮影できるカメラアプリです。映像の取り扱いは以下のとおりです。

• お手本動画の姿勢解析はすべて端末内で行われます。カメラロールから選択、またはTikTok等の他アプリから共有されたお手本動画は、Google ML Kit のオンデバイスモデルにより関節位置を推定します。この処理に際して動画や解析結果が当方のサーバーや第三者へ送信されることは一切ありません。
• 撮影には端末のフロントカメラの映像のみを使用します。マイクは使用しません（録画に音声は含まれません）。
• 撮影中に画面へ表示するお手本の半透明映像・関節線・カウントダウン等は画面表示のみのものであり、保存される動画ファイルには一切含まれません。保存されるのはご自身のカメラ映像のみです。
• 撮影した動画・取り込んだお手本動画・解析結果（関節座標）は、いずれも端末内にのみ保存されます。
• 撮影した動画を「保存」した場合のみ、端末のカメラロール（写真アプリ）に書き込まれます。「共有」を選択した場合のみ、OS標準の共有シート経由でご自身が選んだ送信先（TikTok等）に動画が渡されます。いずれもユーザーの明示的な操作によってのみ発生します。

2. 収集する情報

(1) 広告配信に関する情報

本アプリの無料版では広告配信のため Google AdMob（Google LLC）を利用しています。AdMob は広告の配信・最適化のため、広告識別子（Android の広告 ID / iOS の IDFA）、おおよその位置情報、デバイス情報等を取得する場合があります。EU/EEA・英国等、法令上必要な地域のユーザーには、Google の「ユーザーメッセージングプラットフォーム（UMP）」による同意取得画面を表示し、同意状況に応じて広告配信を行います。

(2) プレミアムサブスクリプション決済に関する情報

本アプリでは、広告を非表示にし解析・撮影の回数制限を解除できる有料サブスクリプション（プレミアム）も提供しており、購入・お支払いの処理は各アプリストア（Google LLC / Apple Inc.）が行います。当方がクレジットカード番号等のお支払い情報を直接取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入状況（エンタイトルメント）を確認するため、各ストアの課金ライブラリと通信します。

(3) TikTok等からの動画共有

本アプリは、他のアプリ（TikTok、写真アプリ等）の共有機能から動画ファイルを受け取ることができます。共有された動画ファイルは端末内の本アプリ専用領域にコピーされ、上記1.のとおり端末内で解析されます。動画のURLのみが共有された場合、本アプリはそのURLから動画を取得する機能を提供していません（案内画面を表示します）。

(4) 端末内に保存される情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を端末内（ローカルデータベースおよびSharedPreferences）にのみ保存します。これらが当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

• 取り込んだお手本動画のファイルおよびメタデータ（長さ・解像度等）
• お手本動画の姿勢解析結果（関節座標のシーケンス）
• 撮影した動画ファイル
• 1日あたりの無料解析・撮影回数のカウント、プレミアムの購入状況、表示設定等

これらはクラウドに同期されず、端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除するとこれらのデータも削除されます。

3. 情報の利用目的

• お手本動画の姿勢を解析し、撮影時にガイド表示するため
• 広告の配信・最適化のため
• プレミアムサブスクリプションの提供および購入状況の確認のため
• 無料版の利用回数制限を適切に運用するため
• 不具合の調査およびサービス品質の向上のため

4. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供することはありません。広告配信および決済に関しては、上記の各事業者が各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を取り扱います。

5. 外部サイトへのリンク

本アプリには外部サイトへのリンクが含まれる場合があります。リンク先における個人情報の取り扱いについては、当方は責任を負いかねます。各サイトのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様が本アプリをご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の同意と監督のもとでご利用ください。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内またはアプリストアの掲載情報等でお知らせします。

FreeAppsStudio (an individual sole proprietorship, "we", "us") has established this Privacy Policy to describe how we handle information in connection with the application "DanceCopy" (the "App").

1. How the App Works and How We Handle Video

The App is a camera app that lets you record your own dancing while following the movement of a reference dance video. Here is how video is handled:

• Pose analysis of the reference video happens entirely on your device. A reference video you choose from your camera roll, or that is shared to the App from another app such as TikTok, has its joint positions estimated using Google ML Kit's on-device model. Neither the video nor the analysis results are ever transmitted to our servers or to any third party during this process.
• Recording uses only your device's front camera video. The App does not use the microphone — recordings contain no audio.
• The semi-transparent reference video, joint/skeleton lines, and countdown shown on screen while recording are for on-screen display only and are never included in the saved video file. Only your own camera footage is saved.
• Recorded videos, imported reference videos, and analysis results (joint coordinates) are all stored only on your device.
• A recorded video is written to your device's camera roll only if you explicitly choose "Save". It is passed to a destination of your choosing (e.g. TikTok) via the OS share sheet only if you explicitly choose "Share". Both only happen as a result of your own action.

2. Information We Collect

(1) Advertising information

The free version of the App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to serve ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), approximate location, and device information to deliver and optimize ads. For users in regions where it is legally required (EU/EEA, UK, etc.), the App shows a consent screen powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before requesting ads, and ad delivery follows the consent given.

(2) Premium subscription payment information

The App offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium") that hides ads and removes the daily limit on analysis and recording, and all purchase and payment processing is handled by the respective app store (Google LLC / Apple Inc.). We do not directly collect payment information such as credit card numbers. The App communicates with each store's billing library only to verify your purchase entitlement.

(3) Video shared from TikTok and other apps

The App can receive video files shared from other apps (TikTok, Photos, etc.). A shared video file is copied into the App's private storage area on your device and analyzed on-device as described in Section 1. If only a URL (not a video file) is shared, the App does not fetch video from that URL — it shows a guidance screen instead.

(4) Information stored on your device

The App stores the following on your device only (in a local database and via SharedPreferences). None of it is transmitted to our servers.

• Imported reference video files and their metadata (duration, resolution, etc.)
• Pose analysis results for reference videos (sequences of joint coordinates)
• Your recorded video files
• Your daily free analysis/recording usage counts, Premium purchase status, and display preferences

None of this is synced to the cloud — it exists only on your device. Deleting the App also deletes this data.

3. How We Use Information

• To analyze reference videos and display guidance while you record
• To deliver and optimize advertising
• To provide the Premium subscription and verify purchase entitlement
• To operate the free-tier daily usage limits
• To investigate defects and improve service quality

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide the information we collect to third parties. For advertising and payments, the providers listed above handle information under their own privacy policies.

5. Links to External Sites

The App may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for how personal information is handled on linked sites. Please review the privacy policy of each site.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If a child under 13 uses the App, please ensure it is with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy as needed. If we make material changes, we will announce them in the App or in the app store listing.
