プライバシーポリシー Privacy Policy

FreeAppsStudio（個人事業主、以下「当方」）は、アプリケーション「AIプロンプト教室」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 収集する情報

(1) 広告配信に関する情報（Android / iOS版）

Android/iOS版の本アプリは広告配信のためGoogle AdMob（Google LLC）を利用しています。AdMobは広告の配信・最適化のため、広告識別子（Androidの広告ID / iOSのIDFA）、おおよその位置情報、デバイス情報等を取得する場合があります。EU/EEA・英国等、法令上必要な地域のユーザーには、Googleの「ユーザーメッセージングプラットフォーム（UMP）」による同意取得画面を表示し、同意状況に応じて広告配信を行います。同意はアプリ内の「設定 > 広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。なお、Windows版・macOS版では広告を表示しておらず、AdMobは利用していません。

(2) プレミアムサブスクリプション決済に関する情報（Android / iOS版）

Android/iOS版の本アプリでは、広告を非表示にできる有料サブスクリプション（プレミアム）も提供しています。購入・お支払いの処理はGoogle Play（Android、Google LLC）またはApp Store（iOS、Apple Inc.）が行い、当方がクレジットカード番号等のお支払い情報を直接取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入状況（エンタイトルメント）を確認するためGoogle Play Billing Library（Android）またはStoreKit（iOS）と通信します。

Googleによる情報の取り扱いについてはGoogle プライバシーポリシーを、Appleによる情報の取り扱いについてはApple プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

(3) プレミアムサブスクリプション決済に関する情報（Windows版）

Windows版の本アプリでは、広告の代わりに追加機能を利用できる有料サブスクリプション（プレミアム）を提供しており、購入・お支払いの処理はMicrosoft Store（Microsoft Corporation）が行います。当方がクレジットカード番号等のお支払い情報を直接取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入状況（エンタイトルメント）を確認するためMicrosoft StoreのAPI（Windows.Services.Store）と通信します。

(4) プレミアムサブスクリプション決済に関する情報（macOS版）

macOS版の本アプリでは、広告の代わりに追加機能を利用できる有料サブスクリプション（プレミアム）を提供しており、購入・お支払いの処理はMac App Store（Apple Inc.）が行います。当方がクレジットカード番号等のお支払い情報を直接取得することはありません。本アプリは、購入状況（エンタイトルメント）を確認するためStoreKitと通信します。

(5) サーバーへのアクセスに関する情報

本アプリのコンテンツ（プロンプト集等）は、当方が運用するサーバー（Cloudflare Workers）から配信されています。通信時にはアクセス日時・IPアドレス等、Webサーバーが一般的に記録する情報がサーバー側のログに残る場合がありますが、氏名・メールアドレス等、個人を特定する情報の入力・送信を求めることはありません。本アプリにアカウント登録機能はありません。

(6) 端末内に保存される情報

表示言語の設定、初回起動時の案内（オンボーディング）を表示済みかどうか等の設定情報は、端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。

2. 情報の利用目的

• 広告の配信・最適化のため（Android / iOS版）
• プレミアムサブスクリプションの購入状況を確認するため
• 本アプリのコンテンツ配信のため
• 本アプリの動作に必要な設定を保持するため

3. 第三者提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、Android/iOS版では広告配信のためGoogle AdMob（Google LLC）に、AndroidのPremiumサブスクリプション決済処理のためGoogle（Google LLC）に、iOSおよびmacOSのPremiumサブスクリプション決済処理のためApple Inc.に、Windows版ではサブスクリプションの決済処理のためMicrosoft Corporationに、それぞれ前述の情報が渡ります。

4. 外部サイトへのリンク

本アプリには、Gemini・ChatGPT・Google Flow等、外部の第三者が提供するAIサービスを開くボタンが含まれます。Android版では、端末に該当サービスのアプリがインストールされている場合はそのアプリを直接起動し、インストールされていない場合はGoogle Playの該当ページを表示します。これらの外部アプリ・サイトにおける情報の取り扱いは、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、子供を主な対象としたサービスではなく、意図的にお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または本ページにてお知らせします。

FreeAppsStudio (an individual sole proprietorship, "we", "us") has established this Privacy Policy to describe how we handle information in connection with the application "AI Prompt Academy" (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

(1) Advertising information (Android / iOS)

On Android/iOS, the App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to serve ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA), approximate location, and device information to deliver and optimize ads. For users in regions where it is legally required (EU/EEA, UK, etc.), the App shows a consent screen powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before requesting ads, and ad delivery follows the consent given. You can review or change your consent at any time from Settings > Ad privacy options in the App. The Windows and macOS versions of the App do not display ads and do not use AdMob.

(2) Premium subscription payment information (Android / iOS)

On Android/iOS, the App also offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium") that hides ads. Purchase and payment processing is handled by Google Play (Android, Google LLC) or the App Store (iOS, Apple Inc.), and we do not directly collect payment information such as credit card numbers. The App communicates with the Google Play Billing Library (Android) or StoreKit (iOS) to verify your purchase entitlement.

(3) Premium subscription payment information (Windows)

On Windows, instead of ads, the App offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium") for additional features, and all purchase and payment processing is handled by the Microsoft Store (Microsoft Corporation). We do not directly collect payment information such as credit card numbers. The App communicates with the Microsoft Store API (Windows.Services.Store) to verify your purchase entitlement.

(4) Premium subscription payment information (macOS)

On macOS, instead of ads, the App offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium") for additional features, and all purchase and payment processing is handled by the Mac App Store (Apple Inc.). We do not directly collect payment information such as credit card numbers. The App communicates with StoreKit to verify your purchase entitlement.

(5) Server access information

The App's content (prompt library, etc.) is served from our own server (Cloudflare Workers). Standard web server logs — such as access timestamps and IP addresses — may be recorded on the server side. The App does not ask you to enter or submit personally identifying information such as your name or email address, and it has no account/login feature.

(6) Information stored on your device

Settings such as your chosen display language and whether you've already seen the first-launch walkthrough are stored only on your device and are never transmitted elsewhere.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver and optimize ads (Android / iOS)
• To verify Premium subscription purchase status
• To deliver the App's content
• To persist settings needed for the App to function

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share information we collect with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. However, on Android/iOS the information above is shared with Google AdMob (Google LLC) for ad delivery, with Google (Google LLC) for Android Premium subscription payment processing, and with Apple Inc. for iOS and macOS Premium subscription payment processing; on Windows it is shared with Microsoft Corporation for subscription payment processing.

4. Links to External Sites

The App contains buttons that open third-party AI services such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Google Flow. On Android, tapping one launches that service's own app directly if it is installed on your device, or otherwise takes you to its Google Play listing. Any information handling within those external apps or sites is governed by each service provider's own privacy policy.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page.
